Glenville CircleNorth

Glenville CircleNorth is a 63-unit New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) development anchoring CircleNorth in Cleveland's Glenville neighborhood. The project is the home of GlenVillage — the City of Cleveland's first transformation initiative, launched by Mayor Frank Jackson — and a small business incubator that supports neighborhood entrepreneurs.

The ground floor also houses CLEworx, a co-shared workspace managed by The Finch Group, bringing daytime activation and economic opportunity to the corridor.

The residential program comprises 63 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Two units are Project-Based Section 8, and an additional 14 are income-restricted to meet NMTC compliance requirements — delivering deep affordability inside a market-quality mixed-use building.
