    Project Overview

Affordable, inclusive housing in the heart of Dublin, Ohio.

All In Dublin is a new construction affordable housing development in Dublin, Ohio that received a highly competitive 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) award through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). The project is being led by TFG Housing Resources in partnership with Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority and All Inclusive Living.

Of the 75 planned units, 25% will be specifically reserved for adults with disabilities, helping address a significant unmet housing need in the region. An additional 40% of the units will include a preference for older adults, while the remaining apartments will serve as workforce housing with rents affordable to working families, young professionals, and others who help support Dublin's strong and growing economy.

Construction is expected to begin in late 2026, with completion anticipated in early 2028. The development is being supported through a collaborative financing structure that includes partnerships with Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, OHFA, Huntington National Bank, Franklin County, Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County, Ruscilli Construction, The Columbus Partnership, Finance Fund, and Bellwether Enterprise (BWE).
