CircleEast Townhomes

CircleEast Townhomes is a 20-unit townhome community in East Cleveland, owned and operated in partnership with University Circle Inc. The project extends the University Circle district eastward with for-rent townhome product designed for working households and young professionals.

Twelve of the twenty units are income-restricted under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), preserving long-term affordability inside a market-quality townhome envelope. The remaining units operate at market rate, creating a true mixed-income community.

Each townhome includes private entries, attached garages, and individual outdoor space — amenities typically reserved for higher-priced product — delivered at a price point that supports neighborhood stability and resident retention.
